What is the difference between a 'sender' and a 'signer' field
What is a sender and signer field? This article is a quick explanation of these terms on Legalesign.
In short, the reason for those names is that they stand for the person who will complete the field.
Sender field will ask the document sender (i.e. you or your colleagues who use Legalesign to send out documents) to fill in details when sending the document.
Use this type of field when you want to add custom details to your document each time you send it.
Signer field is a field for a signer. Use these as form fields for signers to fill in during the signing process. They are also used for approvers and witnesses.
