It makes sending documents out to parents so much easier. We also get replies much faster and don't need to print anything out, which saves us money and is much better environmentally. Parents can complete the forms on their phones really easily, making it simpler for them too.

What I am very impressed with is the support team. They are responsive and always helpful and 99/100 they solve the issue there and then.

Easy to use, great customer service

Easy, simple and quick system to use. Very helpful to have the option to change the signer and approver details, as this often needs to be done and is a lot quicker than removing and re-uploading the document. Customer service (Nicholas Morris) was very quick to respond to my online inquiry and offer his help. He also increased our firm's maximum file upload without us having to ask, which will be a great help.
