How to lock templates

You can prevent templates from further editing by other users by accessing your Document library > select the document you want to lock > expand More from the left side menu > click on Lock PDF.

Shortly after, you will see a yellow banner above the document, which flags the PDF is locked to prevent changes. Templates can be unlocked from the same section by their creators and any user with admin permissions.
