Change Signer

If a Party's contact details need amending, there's no need to re-send, just edit.

From the Dashboard, click on the Party's name and from the drop-down menu that appears select 'Change signer details' (see below).

Use the advanced search options to find Parties quickly.

You'll be redirected to a page where you can enter the correct details for your signer (see below). If needed, include a personal message.

The recipient can also reassign the document using the 'Change Signer' link in the top-right corner of the invitation email (see below).

Enable, or disable, this Email Option in the Signer Experience settings (see below).
