Make a New Team
Teams are containers for document activity and users. Create one from your dashboard.
Teams are an effective way to silo data and roll out Legalesign across departments and offices.
To start, click on your Team name and then select 'Create new team' from the dropdown menu (see below).
API users should have two teams; one for development, and another for production. Click here for more about teams and API development.
You can re-name Teams. They cannot be deleted, but they can be deactivated. Contact us if you need this done.
Copy documents across teams using Distribute PDF in Document Functions.
The maximum number of teams you can have depends on your billing. Contact us to confirm your limit.
