What to do if an email fails to reach a recipient
If Legalesign emails are not being received, they may be being intercepted by the Recipient’s email gateway. The recipient will need to check with their email provider or IT team.
If the email is being blocked, the IT team will need to whitelist the following domains:

Once these domains and addresses have been added to the whitelist please try sending the document again and then check to see if it was received.
