Emails
What to do if an email fails to reach a recipient
If Legalesign emails are not being received, they may be being intercepted by the Recipient’s email gateway.
If you suspect your Legalesign email has landed in the recipient’s junk folder, consider switching to your own email address for delivery. First click the recipient’s email address and then select “Send from own email” from the dropdown menu. An email will then appear addressed from your personal email address.
To maintain security when using this feature, Legalesign requires the recipient’s mobile number. Click “Change Signer Details" and fill in their mobile phone number. We’ll then send them a one-time SMS code, adding a layer of verification that enhances both authentication and deliverability.
If that is not an option then the recipient will instead need to check with their email provider or IT team.
If the email is being blocked, the IT team will need to whitelist the following domains:
We use Amazon for our notification emails, so please also allow:
and emails from:
Once these domains and addresses have been added to the whitelist please try sending the document again and then check to see if it was received.
