Q: How often can I pay for my subscription?

A: You can pay for your subscription monthly or annually. If you wish to switch, or for a longer term contract, contact your account manager or support.

Q: What payment systems does Legalesign use?

A: Legalesign uses GoCardless Direct Debit.

Q: What kind of payment options do you accept?

A: Bank transfer or Direct Debit.

Q: What payment models are there?

A: You can use a pay-as-you-go system or a user-licence system. Contact support to get the right pricing for you. Pay-as-you go is required for automated features.

Q: What is pay-as-you-go (PAYG)?

A: You can buy automated credits upfront and use them over time. Discounts are available for bundles over 10,000.

Q: Why do I have to use pay-as-you-go (PAYG) for the API or bulk send?

A: Automated features always have a pay-as-you-go price. You can send thousands of documents in a very short space of time. The user licence pricing model doesn't work for that.
