Create and Send a Document in Under 60 Seconds
In this video, we will demonstrate how quick and easy it is to create and send a document in under 60 seconds with Legalesign.
Upload a document from your device by clicking the Upload button
Visit the Library and click on your Template
Check there is a Participant role for each of your Signers and then click Next
Add at least one signature field for each Signer by dragging and dropping it onto the Edit page and then click Next
Optionally change the name for the document on the Details page and then click Next
Add the name and the email address of the Signer on the Recipients page
Click Send to dispatch the document
The Signer is then sent an email link which allows them to visit the document
They accept that this is a legally binding document and complete all the required fields
Meanwhile you can follow the progress of the document on the Dashboard
You can wait to receive the signed document via email or hurry along the signing process by sending them a reminder email.
