How to add static email attachments to notification emails

You may want extra documents emailed to your signer that you do not want signed, but only attached. For example, your general terms of business or other related information.

Signers and Approvers can receive these extra email attachments. The attachments are recorded in the Audit Log.

The first step is to upload the static documents to your Attachments library. Go to Presets > Static Email Attachments and select Upload New Email Attachment +.

Then, either click Browse your Device to choose a file to upload, or drag and drop a file straight from your computer. Add a description to the attachment to help find it later in the Attachments Library.

If you would like the uploaded document to always be attached to outbound notification emails, then click the Default switch.

When you send a document you select your attachments. On the Send Page click on the Attachments symbol in the Options dropdown menu to add more attachments from the Attachments library.

Static Email Attachments can also be removed from the Attachments Library by clicking the trash icon.
