Linked Recipients

When sending batched documents or a multi-doc, avoid the repetitive task of entering the names and email addresses for each Participant on every document by using Linked Recipients

  1. Prepare your Templates by filling in the "Participant Description" on the Participants page ie: Landlord, Tenant, Guarantor.

  2. Linked Recipients will need matching Participant Descriptions on the Templates being sent

  3. Prepare multiple Templates for sending and then click ‘Link Recipients’ when you reach the Recipients page

  4. Fill out the details of each Recipient on the left side of the screen

  5. Leave the page and then click ‘Send’ to dispatch the documents
