Email Notifications when participants visit the document 

Knowing when a participant is visiting your document can be a vital piece of information. As a Sender, you can be notified via notification email when a Signer, Approver, or Witness is visiting your document.

 Click on your name on the bottom left of the screen. Scroll up on the dropdown menu and click on Account Settings > Preferences.

Then switch on ‘Email Me When Participant Visits Document’.

This is a Personal setting instead of a Team setting which means it applies to you on all Teams that you are a member of and does not apply to any other users. 

This feature is separate from the Email notification a Sender or Participant can receive when a document is completed. That feature can be switched on or off in the Experience settings.
