Using the Search bar

If you are having trouble finding documents or templates in the Search bar in the Archive or the Dashboard, you may need to expand your Search parameters. By default the search bar only searches for documents sent in the last month.

Click the Calendar icon to open the Search Parameters pop-up window.

Use the fields to adjust the range of time the system is looking through. Then click 'Search’ to confirm the parameters you have set, and then type in the search bar to search.
