Ordering Fields
Field order determines the sequence by which Senders and Recipients are taken through a page while completing it. This is important when recipients are trying to complete forms, questionnaires, or fill in complex documents.
Without any field order, fields are completed according to their position on the page; from the top to bottom and then from left to right.
Every Signer and Recipient field can be given a field order.
Visit the Template Preparation page.
Click on the field.
Find ‘Advanced’ under Field Properties and then insert the Field Order.
Tip
Duplicating a field causes the Field Order to increment by one.
Warning
Field order cannot change the sequences in which pages are completed, only the order within pages.
