How to top-up your document credit

Access the Billing page by clicking the symbol next to your username on the bottom left of the screen. Then select 'Organisation' on the dropdown, then select ‘Billing’ on the left navbar.

On the billing page scroll down to find the credit balance card, and then click the Top-up button. On the Top-up modal, select “Credits required, then type in the amount you require. The price of your credits will appear below.

Finally click continue, and then on the next modal click “Confirm Purchase” to complete the transaction.
