How to downgrade or cancel your account

To access the Billing page click your username on the bottom left and select 'Organisation', then select ‘Billing’ on the left navbar.

Click the three vertical ellipses on the right of your Organisation User count and then click “Manage Plan” to downgrade or “Cancel Subscription” to cancel.

Your plan will then cancel at the end of your current monthly billing cycle with no additional charges made to your account.

Warning: Cancelling will delete all your documents and data! To retain access consider downgrading or contact Support.
