GDPR - Stop processing a data subject

If someone asks you to stop processing their data for esignature then you can immediately enforce it using this method.

If you add an email to your stop processing list then this will stop any of your team users from being able to use that person as a signer or approver, through the standard esign send page, or through bulk-send.

Access the organisation website, through the link in the main navigation. Go to the section called "Stop Processing". There is a simple form  where you can enter someone's email address. Once Saved to the list no one in your teams will be able to use that email.
