Advanced Template Preparation Tips

Use the SHIFT key to select up to twenty fields at once, you can then move them by using the arrow keys on your keyboard or take actions which will affect all of them at once.

Other features available on the Edit page:

  • Labelling Fields – Labels are important to assist senders and signers in completing forms. Add a label in the Content section of the Field Properties menu.

  • Ordering Fields – Set the order in which fields are presented to the Sender and Signers in the Advanced section of the Field Properties menu.

  •  Fix Signature Scale – Fixed Signature Scale is an option in the Template Overview menu. Deselect any fields you have selected to see this menu. Turn it off to add Signature boxes of any size. 

  • Lock PDF Templates Once you’ve finished editing, lock your template to stop accidental changes by you or other users.

  • Forms Logic Use Forms logic to to set up radio buttons, add up numbers entered into fields, or create smart dropdowns that activate or deactivate other fields on the form.

  • Revert to Last Load This reverts the Template to the last time the page automatically saved.

    WARNING: There is no Redo option.
