The Audit Log

The Audit Log is a comprehensive record of the events affecting a document including when it was created, sent, signed, and downloaded. The email, IP address, and Date and Time of each event is also logged.

Agreement statements are also listed on the Audit log.

You can append the Audit log to all your documents or disable this feature on the Group Settings page.

 Alternatively, to download the Audit Log by itself, go to a document's Details page.

Here is an example of an Audit Log with one Signer and one SMS-authenticated Witness:
