How to apply different languages for signers
You can provide different languages for signers by creating new Experiences. Different signing experiences should be used for each language you want to cover.
Visit Presets > Experiences. Click + Create New Email Experience. A pop-up will appear, type an Experience Name, and then select the language of the experience you would like to create.
When you create a new language experience, it's important to note that while much of the signing experience will translate, the custom text (such as email subject lines etc) will not. You will need to change these manually.
It’s recommended to name the Experience after the language you are using. (This will make it easier to apply the right experience later).
When you send out a document on the Recipients page you will see a dropdown list under ‘Options’. Select the Experience you would like to use and then click Send.
If the signer is abroad don't forget you can also set the Time Zone on the Recipients page for them too.
