Send a Reminder to a Participant

Reminders can be sent to any Recipient who hasn't yet actioned the document. To do this:

  1. Go to the Dashboard

  2. Click on 'Recipient Options' by the name of the Recipient

  3. Click the 'Send Reminder' button on the dropdown menu (see below), optionally adding a personal message.
