How to change email subject lines

Only users with Admin-level permissions can change Email subject lines.

Visit Presets > Experiences. Click the Experience you would like to edit, click Edit Experiences, and then go to Email Options > Content.

Scroll down to First email and reminders to signer, click the line you would like to change and then edit it. After you've finished, click 'Save Changes' to confirm.

As well as the Email Subject Line most other lines in a notification email can be edited on this page.

Email subject lines are not the only elements of the notification that you can customise. The footer, subheader, reminder subject lines, etc. can also be edited following the same pathway as in the above video guide.

Don't forget you can use signer experiences to make custom subject lines for individual signers.
