Documents Sent For eSignature
Signer can reassign Document
Participants can be given the option to reassign their document to a new participant to sign instead. This may be useful if multiple people can fill the same signer role in a document.
Admin Users can enable or disable this feature: visit Presets > Experiences; click the Experience you would like to edit, click Edit Experiences, and then go to Signing Experience > Signing Page Options. This option is switched off by default.
Tick the option 'Signer can reassign the document” and then click Save to confirm.
A button will redirect them to a new page to insert the new Participant details and then dispatch the document to a new Participant.
