Mark Recipient as Complete

When completing multi-signer documents, a Recipient may sign outside of Legalesign. In which case you will need to document this signing event on Legalesign and then prompt the signing process to continue.

  1. Visit the Document card on the Sent page

  2. Click on the Recipient’s email address

  3. Select Mark as Complete

  4. Optionally: Upload the Recipient’s signed document

  5. Optionally: Insert a message as a record for the Audit Log

  6. Click Mark as Complete to Confirm

  7. If the document is being signed sequentially then the next recipient will automatically receive the document unless the tick box is ticked

If you need to mark the entire document as complete then you can do so by using the Mark as Complete feature
