How to export information about your Sent Documents

If you need to download information on the status and progress of your sent documents, then visit the Sent page, use the Search function to narrow or widen the parameters of your listings, and then click Export.

A spreadsheet-compatible XLSX file is then generated which contains all necessary information about the documents listed in your results.

Navigate between the different tabs to select from Regular Documents, Batched Documents, Bulk Sent Documents, or all of the above.

Tip

Each row in the XLSX lists a different recipient, multiple recipient documents therefore will cover multiple rows.
