Delete a Recipient after Sending

Warning

Deletion is a permanent process so please think carefully before deleting a Recipient.

If a recipient needs to be deleted prior to sending, then you can use this guide to skip them on the Send page.

But if a document has already been dispatched then the recipient can still be deleted on the dashboard: 

  1.         Visit the Document card on the dashboard

  2.         Click on the Recipient’s email address

  3.        Select Delete Recipient

  4.        Finally on the pop-up click Confirm Delete

If no further Recipients are required to complete the document then the document will automatically complete itself.

If a Recipient simply needs to be changed for another then select Change Recipient Details instead.

If the Recipient has a witness, then the witness will also be deleted.
