Change Signer

If a Participant’s contact details need amending, or the Participant need to be changed entirely, there's no need to re-send, just edit the details.

From the Dashboard, click on the icon next to the Recipient’s name and from the drop-down menu that appears select 'Edit Participant Details'

Correct or replace Signer details on the ‘Edit Participant Details’ pop-up and then click ‘Update details’ to confirm your choices.

Changing the email address will stop the current recipient's access immediately while the new recipient will receive an access link to the document by email.
