Approvers

An Approver is a Participant to a document who is not required to leave a Signature e.g: a Conveyancer who only needs to date a deed prior to submitting it to HMLR (see our CCES guide here).

To add an Approver, add them as a new Participant on the Participants modal and select “Approver” on the 'Role' dropdown menu.

Any fields completed by the Approver will be visible on the final document unless the option “Exclude from PDF” is being used.

After receiving the document, the Approver will be able to Approve or Reject a document using the dialogue box to the side. If rejected, the Approver has the option to provide a reason for the rejection.
