How to use the Contact Book

You do not need to remember the details for any previously used recipients. That information is automatically stored in your Contact Book.

Click on the contact book icon displayed on the Recipients Page beside the details for each Recipient to see a list of your Contacts.

The search function can search for any string of characters contained in the first name, last name, or email address of a contact. Then simply scroll through the results displayed on the dropdown and select with a click to populate the Recipient details.

Select your name to fill the Recipient fields with your own details.

Contacts can be added, removed, and edited on the Contacts page.
