Make a field non-required

Fields are usually required by default. That means the participant or sender has to complete the field in order to finish the document.

To make a field non-required. First visit the Document on the Template Preparation page, select the field, and then untick the "Required Field" checkbox.

Signature fields are the only fields that have to be required.
