How to top-up your document credit

1. Access the Billing Page

  • Click the symbol next to your username at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  • From the dropdown menu, select Organisation.

  • In the left-hand navigation bar, click Billing.

2. Top-Up Your Credits

  • On the Billing page, scroll down to find the Credit Balance card.

  • Click the Top-Up button.

  • In the Top-Up modal select Credits Required.

  • Enter the amount of credits you need. The price will display below.

  • Click Continue, then Confirm Purchase on the next modal to complete the transaction

What Happens If You Run out of Credits?

If your production credits are exhausted:

  • The system will block the creation of new live documents

  • You’ll see an error message and need to top up before sending additional live documents.

Avoid Disruption with Low-Credit Alerts

Legalesign provides daily automatic low-credit email alerts to your billing contacts:

  • You can set a custom alert threshold (e.g., 100 credits). Once your balance drops below this threshold, you’ll receive daily reminders.

  • This gives you time to top up via the Billing page or by contacting our support team.

  • Setting a higher threshold (100–150 credits) helps ensure a seamless experience.
