Navigating Dashboard 2.0
What's new on the Console Dashboard, and how to get the most out of it.
We've given the Console Dashboard a sleek upgrade, now featuring intuitive quick-access action buttons and dynamic data panels. You'll find top-level document statistics and a detailed daily activity log, all designed to help you work smarter and faster.
The new Dashboard has replaced the old Listings page under the 'Dashboard' section in the main navigation. But no need to worry, the old Dashboard/Listings page is still as it was under the new 'Sent' tab.
The new Dashboard has a number of new sections, designed for quick access and action. Let's break them down.
Quick Action Buttons
Start your workflow in seconds. The Quick Action Buttons at the top of the page let you do the most common actions with a single click: Uploading a File or Sending a Template using Standard or Bulk Send.
Document Overview
Get a snapshot of your Document activity with the Overview Panel. It shows all active Documents sent and their current status over your selected time period (defaulting to the last 7 days). Instantly see what’s In Progress, what’s Complete, and what might need your attention.
Plus, the Recently Sent section highlights the 10 most recent Documents sent by your selected Team for quick reference.
New Uploads
No more hunting for files. The New Uploads Panel automatically displays newly uploaded files, ready for preparation with a single click.
Activity Today (Coming Soon)
Stay in the loop with a detailed log of today’s activity. This panel tracks user and Team events, including Document progress updates, Participant actions, and Template creation
Ready to Send
Access your Team’s 10 most recently modified, valid Templates, sorted and displayed for immediate use, so you can skip the Library search and send faster.
Awaiting Preparation
See which Templates still need attention. This panel lists the 10 most recently created, invalid Templates, making it easy to jump straight to editing and get them ready to send.
More Actions Panel
Need a tool fast? The More Actions Panel offers one-click access to frequently used features across the app, no digging required.
