How to access a document using an expired link
When trying to sign a document you may be asked to refresh your signing link. This sends an email to your inbox to give you the chance to try signing again.
If you see this message repeatedly then you may need to click the hyperlink to request a one time only passcode (OTP).

This will send a six digit passcode to your email inbox. Copy and paste this code and insert it into the signing page.
This will give you access to the document.
