Where is my document? I have lost my document
If you appear to have lost your document from your Dashboard it will be in the Archive.
On the left-hand side is the main navigation bar, click on the Archive button to see the Template Archive or click Documents to visit the Document Archive.
Your document will probably be listed at the top of the Archive if it is recent, but otherwise, you can use the search bar to search for the Document or Template name.
You also have the option of selecting a tag to filter for just those items.
Your document may have moved to the Archive without you realising it because the Template was set to auto-archive when sent, or someone accidentally clicked to Archive it, or the system moved an old signed or rejected document to the archive after several weeks.
