We are excited to introduce several feature updates and improvements in this latest release.

Feature Updates

Updated Search criteria

The listings search parameters have been widened from dates to now also include document name, recipient name or email.

Allow Dashboard to sort by recent activity

You can now order your listings by created time or by latest activity.

Update Dashboard for no search results found

A new view for when a search finds no documents with a prompt to check the Batches tab.

Add percent upload progress to upload drawer

See the realtime progress of your documents as they get uploaded.

Create a guided tour modal for the first log in

The guided tour now automatically starts for new acounts. The tour demonstrates how to upload and send a document for the first time.

Accessibility review of Navigation and Details

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA improvements to the main navigation menu and Document Details page.

Updated mass Archive text

Changed text in notification for when multiple templates are archived.

Updated empty page states to Presets

A new view for when there is no content to show in the different Preset tabs.

Updated Decide Later text

Changed placeholder text for Recipient details when they are yet to be nominated by the previous Participant, using the Let Previous Decide feature.

Added Exit button in Send

Leaving an active Send page returns user to the previous page, not just the Library.
