The Legalesign API includes a notification system to send you updates when a document is visited, or signed. Currently you can get an update on everything that has happened in the last six minutes, every six minutes.
But for a lot of cases you may just want to know when a document is signed only, you’re not so concerned when an email was sent, or a document was visited. So we’ve added a second slimmed-down notification option that just lets you know the live e-Signature status for API.
When a doc is signed, you immediately get a POST with the document identifier and its group identifier - it’s as easy as that. To integrate with Legalesign eSignature in no-time it’s recommended. And as usual, notifications don’t cost you anything on your API throttle limits.
