Visit Presets > Experiences and click + Create New Email Experience.
Name your Experience.
Select the language of the experience you want to create.
Click Edit Experience and then customise the experience to suit your needs.
When you send out a document on the Recipients page you will see a dropdown list under ‘Options’. Select the Experience you would like to use and then click Send.
