Easy management with new groups hierarchy feature

We’re pleased to release the first of a series of upgrades that will give you significantly more power from deploying groups. You can now create a network hierarchy between groups (i.e. parent/child relations between groups).

A parent gets read-only visibility on all the sent document listings. This means, for example, that if you have multiple sales or regional teams with their own groups and you need to monitor them all simultaneously, you just add those groups as children of your master group and you get instant visibility on all business activity.

You can quickly and easily handle business change by adding or removing groups from your network. It’s also fully scaleable with growth in your business; the depth (child of child) or breadth (multiple children of one group) of a network has no limit. More coming soon….
