Feature update v2.0.18
Quick Send Improvements, Batch Visibility, and New Admin Controls.

Ben Eliott
We’ve shipped a set of Console improvements across v2.1.16 and v2.1.18.
The most asked-for upgrade is field selection for Quick Send. You can now select the fields available within your Quick Send feature. Learn More.
We've focused on making sending workflows faster, giving admins more control, and smoothing out a few rough edges in day-to-day document prep.
Batch Details now live-update automatically, which means teams working across active sends can see changes without manually refreshing the page.
We’ve also added a new group setting for recipient expiry dates, giving admins more control over how signing windows are managed across teams.
Quick Send also gets a meaningful upgrade in this combined release. Apart from setting your own fields for your Team's Quick Send as mentioned above, you can now add preset attachments during Quick Send.
This completes a set of upgrades for Quick Send designed to give users more control over the Sending process with custom messages, reminders, and now attachments.
If you need further refinement on your document send, then use the Standard Send System. Quick Send is designed to be just that, as quick as possible to use, and so it is feature-limited by design.
At its core the Quick Send system is already fully configurable. If you want to change anything, and you know some code, you can make your own version with the Document Viewer Component.

That gives organisations a cleaner way to standardise simpler send flows while still keeping them aligned with internal process requirements.
We’ve also fixed Quick Send uploads for non-PDF files, removing a blocker for teams working with broader document formats.
Behind the scenes you can now also set a default time for cancelling your unsigned documents, or deleting them.
The key governance upgrade here is that you can now sent different retention times based on document status. Unsigned documents can be automatically deleted based on one setting, while signed documents get moved to a different retention setting.
From a security and time-saving perspective the new auto-cancellation feature is an excellent addition; it ensures you don't leave documents open-ended for signing and your admins don't have to periodically trawl down to close off unsigned documents.
Alongside the feature work, these releases include several fixes to improve reliability and usability across the Console. Archived templates can no longer be selected from the upload drawer, password errors now display correctly, and users can remove an email logo without replacing it.
Re-create Send once again populates recipient fields from the original document, SMS requirement handling is now correct for recipients using “Let Previous Decide”, and the sender date field no longer drops back by one day on entry. We also fixed an edit-mode issue where fields could shrink by 1px each time they were clicked.
Together, v2.1.16 and v2.1.18 continue the recent focus on making web app workflows more predictable, more configurable, and easier and faster to use for customers.
