We’re happy to announce that Legalesign now offers a certified connector for Microsoft Power Platform. Available for CoPilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps or Logic Apps, you can now receive event notifications and send and manage documents within the Microsoft Ecosystem using the Legalesign connector on Microsoft.

Instead of building your own custom connector or writing an integration from scratch, you can now link Microsoft and Legalesign with simple drag-and-drop steps. Saving a signed PDF to SharePoint? No problem. Triggering a flow when someone signs? Easy.

How to use the connector

Using a Microsoft connector is straightforward. Just search for Legalesign in the Actions or Triggers menus and drop it into any flow you’re building.

Here’s the basic idea:

1. Create a new flow in Power Automate (or start from a template).

2. Choose a trigger, such as “When a file is added to SharePoint” or “When a form is submitted." or, from Legalesign , any kind of document or recipient event.

3. Add a Legalesign step, like “Send document for signature” or “Get signing status.”

4. Finish the flow with whatever you want to happen next — save the PDF, send a message, update a record.

5. Run it once, check it works, and you’re done.

Your documents now move through your system automatically, exactly how you’ve designed it.

What you can do with it

Here are a few examples of how teams can use the connector:

Send a contract automatically when a record is approved. A SharePoint item, CRM record, or Power App submission can trigger Legalesign to send a document for signature without anyone needing to do it manually.

Store signed PDFs where your team works. When a document is signed, the final PDF can be saved straight into SharePoint, Teams, or OneDrive — keeping everything organised and easy to find.

Track signing progress inside your Microsoft dashboards. Use Legalesign status updates to show whether a recipient has viewed, signed, or declined a document, without leaving the Microsoft environment.

Notify teams when key events happen. If a customer signs, or visits a document, or rejects it, or for any combination of document and customer events, you can automatically send alerts to Teams, email, or your CRM so nothing gets missed.
