How to add a Witness

eWitnessing adds security to your signing process and helps you comply with eSignature regulations.

Witnesses are created on the Participants page and then assigned on the Recipients page.

1.     Click under the Participant to add a new Witness (Each Participant can only have one)

2.     Optionally add a description e.g.: Tenant’s witness, Landlord’s witness, etc.

3.     Select the Signer Experience settings for each witness (New signer experiences can be created on the Experiences page)

4.     On the edit page, click and drag a new signature field for them to sign, at least one field is required for each witness.

For added security enable Two-factor Authentication for Witnesses.
