About the Role
We’re looking for a growth executive to join our team. What is a growth executive? It’s our new entry level role that gets you started in tech commerce and marketing, and the challenge of growing a business. This role will suit a graduate or someone with 1-2 years experience in a business setting.
If you haven’t yet found your vocation, know you want to get started in business, have an interest in tech, are eager to learn, want the freedom to take your own initiative and work hard, this could be the role for you.
You’ll start by moving across each of the commercial areas of the business, gaining a full understanding of our products and customers. Over time, you’ll identify where your strengths and interests lie, focus your learning in those areas, gain expertise and skill in that domain, gain more responsibility, mentor others, and grow your career.
While your tasks will focus on the commercial side of the business, you won’t be excluded from moving towards tech if you discover you have aptitude for coding. Our CEO graduated with a humanities degree.

They use the platform daily, guide how our products develop, can be our best advocates or harshest critics. The growth executive role reflects that reality. Successful growth comes from knowing your customer and so your role concerns all customer touch-points within the business.
The growth executive role provides you with a rounded opportunity to gain a grounding in a diversity of business skills, and enhance your soft skills. Expect to:
- spend time in support talking direct to customers, learning the product inside and out;
- dig into marketing analysis, segmenting the customer base and identifying new opportunities;
- construct online marketing campaigns, create messaging, and seek creative and interesting ways to connect with our audiences;
- untangle customer data metrics and converting them to meaningful information to drive marketing decisions;
- identify and reach out directly to prospective customers;
- learn about internet marketing, write content and blogs;
- study project management and work with developers to deliver new features.
Legalesign is a growing tech firm that specialises in helping business with the digital transformation of their contracts and approvals processes. It is a small firm with a small hierarchy; you won’t be a cog in the machine but a valued part of a hard-working team.
The role is office based within Cambridge, with an element of hybrid working depending on your tasks.
You must possess:
Degree level 1st or 2:1, or 2 years experience in a commercial setting
Able to commute within the Cambridge area
Good literacy & numeracy
Good communication skills
Be able to learn fast
Self-motivated and organised with good time management skills
Can work alone and with others
Have a strong ambition to work and learn
An interest in the tech business sector
Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong IT literacy
Valid to work in UK
£20-26K, depending on experience
