Administration & Operations Executive (Maternity Cover)


About the Role

This is a maternity cover position with fixed-end part-time contract. You must already live within the Cambridgeshire area to be considered for the role.

In this role you will be assisting the CEO in the administrative and operational tasks of the business including:

  • HR: new starter on-boarding, training and development, annual leave, sickness and absence management, staff appraisal management, leaver off-boarding

  • Recruitment: arranging new vacancy ads, initial CV screening, setting up interviews

  • Accounts: management of accounts in arrears, dealing with customer account queries

  • Supplier relations and procurement: dealing with supplier enquiries, new supplier assessment and on-boarding

  • Compliance and business documentation: compulsory staff training management, business and medical insurance management, business documentation

About You

The role will suit someone with office or/and team management experience looking for a wide-ranging challenge.

 You must be numerate, literate with good time management skills. Your IT skills should be excellent; you should be able to touch type and use the internet for research with ease.
