Account Manager & Customer Success

Legalesign is a growing software as a service based in Cambridge. We are seeking someone to fulfil a joint customer success and account manager role.

The position is a joint customer success and account manager role. Part of your time will in customer success, working on support tickets and assisting customers in using the product. Another part will be in account management, developing working relationships with existing customers to understand their requirements and ensuring the product continues to deliver for them. You will also be working on app documentation, improving it and keeping it up to date.

The successful candidate will be a good communicator and find software tech easy to navigate and learn. You must be content to talk over the phone or communicate via email. Writing will be a large part of the role and you should possess good literacy skills.

The role requires the ability to empathise with customers to understand their underlying problems, aid their success in using our product, and build positive customer relationships where possible.

The role is hybrid but you must be based in the Cambridge area. Inititally you will be in the office full time until you are confident with product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Initiate and maintain relations with customers
Take responsiblity for support tickets
Writing documentation for the application
Identify new customer requirements or issues and communicate with stakeholders to resolve
Build advocacy from customers where possible
Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

Qualifications

Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
Willingness and ability to travel

Salary - £21K - £25K
