We experienced a bounce from an email blacklisted by our ISP this morning. The listing of a signer whose email is blacklisted will go red and clearly alert you, clicking on the e-signers' name will supply more info. Legalesign alerts you in the same way in the event of a normal bounce or an out-of-the-office message. Click on the signer name and you can clear the alert, then send a reminder email again to double-check or change the e-signer email. You can also use a personal email account to send documents for e-signing or your own SMTP server and no longer receive email bounce notifications directly in Legalesign.
